Office Policies |
1. We schedule our last appointment for 15 minutes prior to closing
2. New full clients are scheduled between 10:00 A.M. and 1 hour prior to closing
3. New injection-only clients are scheduled between 10:00 A.M. and 30 minutes prior to closing
4. Walk-ins are always welcome and will be accommodated when possible but may not be seen the same day
5. Clients with appointments are seen before clients without appointments and new walk-ins
6. Clients who arrive on time for their appointments will be seen before those who arrive either too early or late for theirs
7. Clients and walk-ins who come without appointments within the last 30 minutes of the day may not be seen at our discretion
8. Only 1 guest per client is allowed in waiting area
9. No guests are allowed in clinical or consultation areas
10. Consultations with clients only and without the distraction of any children (if children must be present then consultation will be scheduled another day). We want our clients to leave with a full understanding of our program
11. We have a policy for children so please ask before coming
12. No outside food or drinks are allowed
13. No solicitation or loitering allowed
14. No child under the age of 12 is allowed to stay anywhere unattended and without parent supervision
15. Children or babies in clinical areas must remain seated, in a carrier, or in a stroller
16. Stonecrest location clients: Due to limited seating, please do not bring any guests unless they are interested in joining as our client | |
